Apostolos Doxiadis & Alecos Papadatos:
Logicomix



Greek novelist Apostolos Doxiadis (famed for his best-selling maths-inspired novel Uncle Petros and Goldbach’s Conjecture) and artist Alecos Papadatos will explain the secrets behind Logicomix: An Epic Search For Truth. This innovative graphic novel, published in the UK and US by Bloomsbury, uncovers the mind-expanding intrigues behind foundational mathematics through the characters of Bertrand Russell and his peers. Doxiadis and Papadatos will be in conversation with Marcus du Sautoy, Professor Mathematics at Oxford University, columnist in The Independent and presenter of The Story of Maths on BBC4. More…
