Comica Club Night



For one night only, Comica Festival takes over the basement exhibition, bar and club area of The Book Club to offer a Comica Club Night, where comics cut loose from the page and get down and party, including: projections to comics-related music by The Stool Pigeon‘s Krent Able; live painting by Savage Pencil and Chris Long from Battle Of The Eyes; a performance of the graphic multi-biography Hellraisers by writer Robert Sellers and artist JAKe; Nobrow’s Isabel Greenberg, winner of the 2011 Graphic Short Story Prize; and writer and comedian Steve Aylett who introduces a screening of his wild new film Lint The Movie starring Alan Moore, Josie Long, Stewart Lee, Jeff Vandermeer, Steve Aylett, Robin Ince and more. All this and Katja Spitzer’s exibition of her new Nobrow book Quodlibet upstairs. Book your tickets now via Paypal:
