Anke Feuchtenberger & Andrzej Klimowski
The influential Hamburg-based artist and teacher Anke Feuchtenberger has been acclaimed for her evocative and provocative charcoal imagery and her graphic novel collaborations with writer Katrin De Vries on W The Whore (Bries). She has also produced some experimental animated films - see the samples below.
Currently exhibiting in the Comica, Manga & Co. show, part of this year’s Comica Festival, at the Goethe-Institut London, Feuchtenberger is interviewed by Andrzej Klimowski, professor of illustration at the Royal College of Art and author of the visual narratives The Depository and The Secret (Faber).
