Comica Festival

Comica Social Club

MUSIC: ILLUSTRATED LONDON NOISE

The ILN collective digs deep into their bag of obscure vinyl gems. Musical diversity from the eclectic world of 60s/70s classic psyche, funky beats, crazy folk, cheeky lounge, forgotten pop and soulful sounds. Tonight they join up with the folk from Comica, to explore the world of comic book heroes, manga, animated adventures and cartoon capers. Theme tunes and music inspired by the characters and faraway places will share the bill with outsider music from artists who have worked in both fields. Along with the usual diverse collection of projected cover artwork, we will also be displaying work from the Comica artists. There could even be some spontaneous live comic-based performances. So grab your markers and sketch pads and scribble on down!

Where: ICA Bar, ICA, The Mall, London
