Sharpen Your Pens & Pixels for the 2012 GSS Prize!

For the sixth year running, Comica Festival has joined forces once more with graphic novel publishers Jonathan Cape and Sunday newspaper The Observer to offer you the chance to see your work in print and win £1,000. Take this opportunity to get your work read by industry experts. The judges this year are Charlie Higson (actor, comedian and author of the Young Bond series), Hannah Berry (author of Britten and Brulightly and Adamtine), Rachel Cooke (The Observer), Dan Franklin (Publisher, Jonathan Cape), Paul Gravett (Co-Director, Comica Festival) and Suzanne Dean (Random House Creative Director). The first prize is £1,000 and the publication of your 4-page story in The Observer New Review. The winner will be announced at this November’s Comica Festival. The runner-up will receive £250 and your work will appear on The Guardian website. If you post your entry online, please email the link and we will list and link all entries here.
